About CCF
The Crypto Casino Foundation was established to bring a consistent, publicly verifiable standard of legitimacy to an industry that has historically operated without one.
Our Mission
The crypto gambling space grew fast — faster than trust infrastructure could keep up. Players can't tell a serious operator from a fly-by-night site. Affiliates have no standard way to vet platforms. Payment processors and banks have no reference point.
CCF fills that gap. We issue operator licenses that are publicly searchable, embeddable as badges, and tied to an annual review cycle. A CCF license is a signal that a platform has passed our review — not a guarantee of perfection, but a meaningful baseline others can build on.
Every license has a public certificate page. Anyone — players, regulators, affiliates — can check a casino's status in seconds without creating an account.
CCF badges are hot-linked. If a license lapses, the badge updates automatically. No outdated PDFs. No operator claiming a cert they no longer hold.
CCF is not affiliated with any casino operator, software provider, or affiliate network. Our licensing decisions are made without commercial pressure from licensees.
What CCF Does
CCF covers both the platform layer (operator licensing) and the game layer (RNG and RTP certification) through its two divisions.
CCF Foundation
CCF Foundation issues licenses to casino platforms. A licensed operator has been reviewed for business legitimacy, platform integrity, and ownership transparency. Licenses are listed in a public registry and come with an embeddable badge.
CCF Labs
CCF Labs certifies individual casino games. Every certified game has been statistically tested for randomness (NIST + Diehard suite) and its RTP verified against declared odds. Certificates carry a unique ID and a live-status badge.
Our Review Process
CCF does not rubber-stamp applications. Every submission goes through a structured review before a license is issued.
We verify the legal entity behind the platform — incorporation documents, ownership structure, and jurisdiction of registration.
We review the live platform — responsible gambling tools, KYC processes, terms of service, and withdrawal practices.
We check for prior regulatory actions, player dispute records, and any known bad-actor history associated with the platform or its owners.
We review reported withdrawal times, payment method transparency, and any patterns of disputed payments or frozen accounts.
Where possible, we check whether games are independently certified. Standard and Enterprise licenses include or require CCF Labs certification.
Licenses require annual renewal. Operators must reconfirm compliance. Failure to renew or a compliance breach results in public status downgrade.
Transparency
A CCF license is not a legal gambling license. It does not authorize operation in any jurisdiction. Operators are still responsible for obtaining any required legal authorizations in the markets they serve.
CCF has no ownership stake in, affiliate relationship with, or commercial arrangement with any licensed operator. We do not earn commissions on player referrals.
A CCF license means a platform passed our review at time of issuance. It is not a warranty of future behavior. If a licensed operator acts in bad faith, CCF will revoke the license and update the public registry accordingly.
