What the forms collect

The site collects only what you type into one of its forms and choose to send. Nothing is sent until you press the form's submit button. There are three forms:

  • Contact form — the topic you pick, your name, your email address, an optional casino or website, and your message.
  • Operator application ("Get Certified") — your contact details (such as name, job title, business email and, if you choose, a Telegram handle or phone number) and the casino and platform details the form asks for.
  • CCF Labs game submission ("Submit a Game") — your contact details (such as name, business email and, if you choose, a Telegram handle and country) and the studio, game and build details the form asks for.

How submissions are delivered

Form submissions are sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, which delivers each submission to CCF by email. FormSubmit handles the submission under its own terms and privacy policy.

CCF uses what you send to reply to you and to handle your question, application, complaint or report.

No cookies, no analytics

The pages on this site set no cookies, use no browser storage (such as localStorage), and run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives standard request information — such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type — in order to deliver pages. Its security systems may occasionally ask your browser to complete a check, which can involve a cookie, to confirm that a visitor isn't a bot.

Fonts from Google

Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To fetch them, your browser connects to Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and standard request information when a page loads.

Tools that run in your browser

The Player Tools and the CCF Labs RNG Test Tool run entirely in your browser. What you enter or load there is processed on your own device and is not sent to CCF.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as help resources for problem gambling. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

Questions or requests about your data

If you have a question or a request about information you've sent us, use the contact form and choose "General question". There is no separate email address.
